The CSR - Gender group purpose is to identify initiatives, best practices as well as development opportunities in Corporate CSR in regards to gender practice. 

The CSR Gender Group aims at enhancing engendered CSR experiences which have a business perspective that can be explored as well as identifying opportunities for further development of CSR practices. We believe that gender diversification can be used by corporations to gain strategic competitive advantages that are hard if not impossible for other corporations to copy.
